New veins starting to show. Is this a sign of something?

Yesterday I did my bicep and tricep workout and when I was almost done I was looking in the mirror while resting and noticed on the insided of my forearms veins appeared that were never there before. They are still blue greenish looking and I thought they would go away when I was done working out but they have stayed. Im not complaning about it I actually like it. Is this a sign of my body changing or a sign of strength. I just couldnt believe that this happend and it was like some sort of acommplishment. To me anyways.

Fat loss perhaps, water loss perhaps, increased needs for blood flow from excersize.

Sometimes they call em strings... I have them running across my wrists and chest/shoulders especially visible after an intense workout. They are blueish green color too...
Hope it's not Mercury poisoning from my Tuna
No, just kidding.... It's a normal thing bro. It comes with the territory.

Yup, getting leaner. Wait till you drop down to 4-6% and you get striations all across your front delt, vascularity down your abs and obliques, across the fronts and sides of your calves and quads, down your front delts to your forearms, it's great. I've been blessed with good vascularity, I have veins popping out on my upper body even when I go as high as 12% for some reason. Oh well.

Peace.

Not always ST, you can still have bulk and show veins.

As far as veins showing at various BF levels, it all depends on where your veins are...people with very superficial veins and thin skin may see their veins even when they are a pushing 20%.

There are certain veins that are common to most people but as you lift, more veins develop to meet the increased need for blood (called collateral circulation).

Keep lifting...stay lean...and pretty soon you'll have veins popping out all over the damn place.

(then you can mainline heroin anywhere you want!)

My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.
