sick

I just got a cold- it sucks!- I also just started my syngex 1+2. Should I keep training as hard as I can or should I go easy until I'm better?

Do I eat more in general? or just more protein?

no need to eat more, just eat an adequate amount if you can, so you dont starve your body and risk loosing muscle. also keep well hydrated, lots of water..... and STAY OUT of the gym until you get better... putting more stress on your body will just lead to longer recovery!

I'm workin out sick. I've been sick for two weeks, going on 3. I decided I'd stop till I got better, stil not better, glad I went back to workin out cause if I kept waitin around, I would have lost months of hard work (via missing 3 wks of liftin')

You would be wise to do everyone a favor and keep out of the gym. It's not all about you ya know, have courtesy and wait till you're better so you don't get everyone else in the gym sick too. Atleast that's how I feel about it.

Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
blood stream.
