bodyfat calipers?
I have a set of regular vernier calipers used for measuring. Just not fat. Are the fat measuring ones similar or is there no chance I can use mine for that?

i fyou use them as a gauge just to measure and ensure that you are losing BF then go for it.....they may not be accurate enough (or calibrated enough) to calculate your bodyfat but if you measure a few sites and keep tabs on how they are coming along you can use them that way.

My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.
When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us. |
