When I get nervous/anxious ...

When I get nervous/anxious something happens and I feel that there is like an strong acid in my stomach. Is there something to stop this effects?

try meditation.....seriously....it helps me

True. It really helps but I am looking more for a drug to minimize the effects.

i dont believe in using TUMS very often but you may want to keep them around just in case...depending on how often this occurs you may be predisposing yourself to an ulcer and more seriously cancer in the long run.

to calm your nerves they some 5-HTP...if this doesnt work you can try some of the mucous producing herbs...give the 5-HTP a shot first as it will hopefully get to the root of the problem and not just mask symptoms like TUMS or an herbal alternative to TUMS
