Okay, last night I either got food poisoning or the stomach flu. I'm dehydrated and afraid to eat because it might come right back up. What do you guys suggest I attempt to eat/drink today?

How about soup or Gatorade? Man, feel like crap.

You could do just plain chicken broth.

If you are really dehydrated gatorade will help replace electrolytes.

I would also take 100mg potassium a few times today as well.

I hope you feel better.
