Here is a list from medscape. In general,it is well tolerated as the introductory statement states:

Finasteride generally is well tolerated, and adverse effects are infrequent and usually mild and transient.In controlled clinical trials, impotence, decreased libido, and decreased volume of ejaculate were the only adverse effects that occurred substantially more frequently in patients receiving finasteride than in those receiving placebo. The adverse effect profile in patients receiving a low dosage of finasteride (1 mg daily) for 12 months was similar to that of patients receiving the recommended dosage of the drug (5 mg daily) for 12 months in controlled clinical trials.In addition, the adverse effect profile in patients receiving the recommended dosage in long-term open studies for up to 24–36 months was similar to that in patients receiving the drug in controlled clinical trials for 12 months. Adverse effects requiring discontinuance of finasteride occurred in 1.3% of patients; only 0.2% of patients discontinued the drug because of an adverse sexual effect.
Genitourinary Effects
Impotence,decreased libido,and decreased volume of ejaculateare the most common adverse effects of finasteride,occurring in 3.7, 3.3, and 2.8% of patients, respectively, receiving the drug in controlled clinical trials for 12 months. Decreased volume of ejaculate does not appear to interfere with normal sexual function.The total number of sperm per ejaculate, sperm motility, and sperm structure as well as standard biochemical sperm markers generally are unaffected by the drug. Finasteride-associated adverse sexual effects appear to be most likely to occur during the first 9 months of therapy with the drug. Pelvic or testicular pain, dysuria, or orgasm dysfunction has been reported in less than 1% of men receiving finasteride in controlled clinical trials for 12 months.
Nervous System Effects
Dizziness, headache, or asthenia has been reported in less than 1% of men receiving finasteride in controlled clinical trials for 12 months.
GI Effects
Abdominal pain, diarrhea, flatulence, or nausea has been reported in less than 1% of men receiving finasteride in controlled clinical trials for 12 months.
Ocular and Otic Effects
Lens changes or opacities have been reported in about 1% or less of men receiving finasteride in controlled clinical trials for 12 months, although there was no clinically important change in visual acuity. There was no evidence of adverseoticeffects in men receiving finasteride in controlled clinical trials for 12 months.
Other Adverse Effects
Rashor breast painhas been reported in less than 1% of men receiving finasteride in controlled clinical trials for 12 months.

When I started it my jizz was watery, but that went away. I started it like 6 months ago cuz my prostate was getting pretty bad and I started to lose some hair. It seems to have helped the prostate but I have no idea on the head as I have a full head of hair anyway. My test levels have actually jumped since starting taking it.

The gnecomastia occurred in 0.4% of men taking finasteride 1-mg (Propecia), but this was no greater than in the control group (those who did not take the medication).

In a clinical trial calle dthe PLESS trial, it ranged from .5% to 1.8% (the higher end was due to the 5mg dose used for enlarged prostates). Of course, the PLESS trial only lasted 4 years, so after that, can't really say for sure what the rate of gynecomastia is.

Well, since you are blocking Test's conversion to DHT, there will be more test floating around. This is a double-edged sword, however. If you are prone to gyno, you may get it because having more test floating around leaves more test to aromatize into estrogen. I have had no symptoms of this and was told that since I was blocking DHT, which is a potent saubstance, my gains would be reduced. This has not happened and I am currently stronger than I have ever been.

Forgot to add, you will most likely shed like a banshee when you first start this stuff, mine did but it was not cosmetically significant.

My jizz is watery too. How long till it is back to normal.

to combat this you can take saw palmetto to help lower levels of 5AR to reduce the conversion of test to estrogen...

I never had a problem with anything cept for the watery jizz for 3 days.

I started to shed like a mofo and had prostate problems after a 1 test cycle and have been on it ever since. I probably didn't need to start taking it, but I did an enathate and EQ cycle 6 months later so I have been on it for a total of 13 months straight. 1mg a day. No bitch tits and I am very lean, plus I still have hair. 2 of my buddies did their first cycles around the same time I did mine and they are not in a good way right now. I could prolly stop taking the finasteride, my older brother has a full head of hair, but it only costs 20 cents a day so i just like the peace of mind knowing that hair loss won't be an issue for a while. Plus my prostate doesn't throb any more. If I started to get sides I would stop and use an alpha blocker for my prostate instead.
