Physer NO2-Give it to me straight!

Physer claims their N02 product, which is time-released L-arginine helps to make N02 in your body, something that your body makes naturally, but in reduced levels as time goes on. Supposedly, it helps keep energy levels high while working out , improves circulation and a whole bunch of other benefits too many to list.
It seems like a good product and makes sense, but rather pricy. Anybody have any good results with this?

My friend loves the stuff, but I think it's crap. It's all a matter of opinion and how the product effects you...

Also, this should be posted in the "Supplements" forum.

completely different

creatine increases the availability of ATP so your muscles can work harder longer.....great stuff for most people.

NO2 is supposed to be a vasodilator and increase the transport of nutrients into the muscle and waste products out by increasing blood flow.....i think it is a bunch of crap....it works to some degree but not enough to warrant the price tag.

if i were you i would buy L-Arginine caps and take 3g on an ampty stomach in the morning....you should get similar results and pay about 1/4 of the price.

My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

Hmm reading the actual data on what NO does and how its overtaken creatine. It is extremely helpful. I went to GNC to look thru their N.O. Products and the Phyzer was 90$. But I was looking for the newest most advanced N.O. delivery product which is : Pump Tech by Muscletech which I found on ebay for 55$

Just wanted to make a comment here since I've just begun to look more seriously into NO and will be using PumpTech soon.

Most NO2 products are either Arginine precursors or other forms of Arginine. I would just get the Arginine. As long as you are taking it on an empty stomach it will be as effective as the NO2 products. Actually, Arginine is the only NO2 product that has any clinical support.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I've tried MRI's No2 ("phyzer-3" delivery system). Although I did like it, Unviersals Nox3 works better for me and costs 1/2 as much. <---- ($28 on bb.com)
