Not much you can do to get rid of it. You just have to let it run it's 10-14 day course. Some Ambesol will help numb the pain though.
I hate canker sores. Painful little buggers they are. |

take L-Lysine (amino acid available at GNC)...it will help get rid of it faster usually....not to mention keep them from returning in most cases

well at first i thought it was a canker sore but now i think its a cut or something, since i was pushing it with my tongue and it poped, don't know if anyhting came out of it, but i have been washing my mouth with salt and alcohol.
