ok- I dont understand the negative??

Estimate #1 based on height and weight

Estimate #2 based on waist size and weight
Estimated body fat of -2.8% (-3.7 pounds of fat)

not at all acccurate for most women! i'm positively tubby right now and it says i'm at 3.4%. trust me - that's hilarious.

Actually the real reason I send her PM is that I will be in Canada probably in the end of the year. So I am trying to contact them, Irontime lives there too and I guess Trap.. is on the list.

wow..i had my bodyfat measured this morning and that #2 calculation was right on the money..it was pretty damn close for jodie as well....wonder why i never heard of this calculation before.

ok after my pics and this I have definitely become a fat ass I think I will now go and cut all my fat off and sew it back up with fishing line

I just redid one to make it a little more bulletproof, and changed the women's measurements to inches/lbs. To test it I guessed on a woman's measurements and got some whacked out answers so it's prolly way off.

My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.
