a tea tree oil based facial wash works wonders.
as well get yourself some pure tea tree oil extract. when you see or feel a blemish(pimple) coming on, apply small tabs of this to the spot a couple times a day. kills it off before it even forms! trust me it works wonders!!!

as atherjen said...tea tree is great

those pore strips can be fun (at least to my warped mind)...they actually get alot of crap out of your pores.

the combo i found that works best for me is:

st. ives medicated facial scrub w/ salicylic acid
then, clean and clear cleanser with benzoyl peroxide
then (before bed) persagel (Benz peroxide cream)...on any blemishes or oily areas.

hmm...look at us men talking about skin care products...have we benn watching too much "queer eye for the straight guy?"

My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

If you are taking care of your body then shouldn't you be taking care of your skin too??

just sounds funny...not your typical "guy" talk

i can see it now in the mens locker room:

hey bob...try this new exfoliating body scrub i just found at bath and body works...it has cleansing beads and smells like fresh fruit...its wonderful and it makes your skin so smooth and supple...i just cant stop rouching myself!...want me to rub some on your back?

You know they do make some men specific products. The really nice ones I've seen at Beauty Brands are awesome. I'll have to get the brand names but I would love to be around a man that uses that stuff. YUMMY

girls like a guy to smell, look, and feel good just like we like the same in women....it only makes sense.

i use a scented bodywash and I love when my girlfriend tells me I smell good (sure beats the hell out of her telling me i smell bad)

I've been using the skin care line by Proactive for years. I also put my son on it when he started to have some skin problems.

The face wash has an exfoliating property that really cleans out your pores. There's also a great toner that doesn't dry your skin out and the moisterizer dries quickly and completed so it doesn't feel like you've got lotion caked on your face.

We love the stuff!!!

Spots and blemishes

Hi,

I have lived in Vegas for 4 years and my skin have cracked and have been damaged by the dry climate there. I have used an over-the-counter moisture therapy cream to help my skin but over the years my skin have looked terrible. Is there anything out there to clear the skin and cover-up/eliminate dark spots where cracking had occurred? Any help will be very much appreciated.
