shoulder injury
About 5 month ago shoulder swelled up after barbell rows and was bruised bad within 30 days after laying off because of the pain couldn`t lift 10 lbs my arm lost it normal size became weak now after 5 months and back up to my norm on weights the pain has reappeared and the arm hasn`t gained much but this time It does`nt hurt as much. Anyone know what I could have damaged. Went too the ortho he couldn`t find anything without doing MRI.
