I just got back into working out, and have been doing so regularly a few times a week going on my 4th week. Prior to that it had been many(5+) years since I worked out - so needless to at first I had no endurance or strength. Now I'm in a bit of a routine so my body is accostume to working out, and I get a nice healthy soreness from good workouts. All is well and I'm on a road of progress.
My question is about this: when working out my biceps the other day (using a curl bar) I saw a dime sized lump/circle bulge out of my one forarm with each flex/rep, kinda like a fluid bubble. During the flex you'd mistake it for a big welt/bug byte/cyst, but on the return of the rep it'd disappear. It was synchronized with the bulging of the muscles/veins. It was a little unsettling to see - so I stopped working out, but thats about it. No pain to it, and it was only visible during the workout. I don't know if its always done that - but i'm suspecting its an injury of some sort that I recently acquired. If this is a common type of injury does it have a name, and any insights for dealing with it? thanks! |

I know someone with them on the forearms and the legs, same type of thing, they grow with irritation.
