:o I recently went back to the Gym after having a break of about six weeks and I dont know what I was thinking but I started with a chest workout which left me in agony for two days and as soon as my chest felt better which was three days ago I did a back+Biceps+forearm workout which I did more intensely than ever before and I woke-up two days ago with my arms in complete agony from the bicep almost down to the wrist and the pain still hasn't gone away and I still can't straighten my arms. Is this good for my arms as long as I eat well and rest well or should I seek medical advice at this stage,? cause the last thing I want is to damage my arms.
