Estimate Body Fat - All mix up
Hi,
I'm a little mix up with the estimate body fat calculation. When I do enter weight 136.5 high 5'6" and Waist 29 inch. Estimate no 1: gives 17.2% BF Estimate no 2: gives 7.9% BF And I have bought an accu-measure (body for life) and it seems to give me 20.82%BF. And from my accu-measure It seems to be stuck at 20.82% since a while. I ask at my gym if they can take my BF, but Gosh... they ask me 40.00$ to take it. From the estimate Body Fat on line. From which should I figure out my BF, seems to have a huge of difference, or there might be something I don't understand. Thanks Kim |

I dunno how accurate online ones are going to be, I used mybodycomp.com and it gave me 4.4 % B.f. I am very lean, but come on...
