Why is my leg numb?
When i touch my achilles tendon on my left leg anywhere from my ankle to the bottom on my calf, i feel a strong tingling sensation.
as a matter of fact, even when i touch my left ankle/heel, i feel it. is that a pinched nerve or something from usin' too much LIGHT WEIGHT?? |

Could be a lot of things. Have you ever had back problems? Is it always there?

ya, my lower back killed me 2 summers ago (soccer injury)...but it's fine now.
i havent always noticed it, but i noticed that my left big toe is always kinda numb (i've always thought its been from it cracking every step i take) |
