pain
I got this dull pain on the left side of my stomach area, right under my ribs. Its a lifting injury cause it happened last week when I did squats, well i must of aggravated it today cause now I can feel it again.
I dont think its a muscle pull...and the pain is isolated in a small area about the size of a nickle. This might be dumb, but could it be my spleen?its in that area. Will be going to the doc but cant till thursday. Any comment or advice would be much appreciated...Thanks ![]() |

I'd do two things right now, #1 stop working out until you see your doc,#2 quit worrying about your spleen. Its possible you strained a connecting muscle in the area. Then again its many more times possible its nothing. Go to the Doc,rest, and let your body recover.............take care........Rich

I agree...I seriously doubt it is your spleen...may have just strained a muscle or may have actually torn something that may lead to a herniation...so it is important to get it checked out.....just keep an eye on the area and rest till you se the Doc....I'm sure it isn't a big problem.

My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.
When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us. |
