    Do you know Jinseng? The Indian version if Jinseng is 'Ashwagandha'. Take whatever you find genuine. The Jinseng imported from Korea by standard comanies is better. Take a daily dose of it.
    And I dont know if you know the ancient Indian medecines for these problems, they balance your body (and ofcourse will stop peepee from vanishing).     Thanks for the advice neutron...I have heard of the herbs you speak of but never tried them. I think something I saw in a magazine claims that indian men use some herb to make their penis grow when combined with tugging and squeezing exercises.

    I am glad to hear that others have the same thing happen. I do lift very intense at the gym and I assumed the blood flow to the penis gets turned down when other larger muscles are needing every last drop.

    Personally, mine only shrinks up a tiny bit when I'm doing upper-body exercises. When doing lower body exercises, it seems to stay the "normal" size.

    5' 10", 173lbs of (almost) pure muscle.

    Bench: 270lbs
    Incline: 210lbs
    Decline: 285lbs
    Curl: 145lbs (bar-style)
    Squat: 375lbs

    Live Long. Lift Strong. Ride Hard. Play Hard.

    no I don't stare at it between sets, but I notice this shrinkage more after doing like incline dumbell presses...I am always trying to get my girlfriend to check it out after it shrinks up...I know it happens cause I can feel it shrink up.

    I'm not going to read this whole thread, because it is simple. The blood is being drawn to the muscles you are using. When I work lower abs, it is turtle neck time. If you are really worried about walking around with a small pecker, take cialis the night before. People will see what you got. You might get slapped by some hot chicks. You have to be careful taking tight corners, too.

    What are you guys talking about? When I start doing any heavy lifting or other strenuous exercises, my dick starts to pump up. I always thought maybe it was the testosterone going through my system. In any event, mine is going in the opposite direction.
