Coffee Drinkers, How to Keep Teeth White?
I have been drinking a ton of coffee the past few months, just put heavy whipping cream and Equal in it and I really feel like my teeth have love that sparkle look or whatever, lol.
Anything I can try? Crest Whitening Strips? Thanks! ![]() |

I've never really had pearly whites, but what I do is mix baking soda in a plastic butter tub, squirt a glob of Plus+White toothpaste in it, add a little water, then mix with index finger till I get a thick paste. I'll brush twice a day using this mixture, then the next week I just use the toothpaste. Alternate between the two because baking soda can wear on the tooth's enamel, but it is the ultimate cleanser. Makes the inside of your mouth feel really fresh!

I stopped drinking coffee (which I love) because I did not want yellow teeth anymore.
![]() Crest white strips work pretty well, but you have to stop drinking coffee, as vanity said, you can use a straw to help bypass your teeth but I find it difficult to do with hot coffee. |

Theres all kinds of teeth whiteners out there. My kid did a science fair project on them useing a bunch of dead teeth our dentist gave him,"then we soaked them in various jizz". Some of these whiteners are better then others. What ate up and discolored the teeth the worst was, you guessed it, Coca-Cola. Coke litterally ate the tooth up. Anyway I use one of these tooth brighteners, you apply the stuff with a cupid and let it soak your teeth for a few minutes. I drink coffee and smoke cigars and my teeth arent completely black yet.
How can anyone live without coffee?.............take care............Rich |

I absolutely love coffee. I am going to considering drinking it through a straw.

Mikey I drank my coffee through a straw when I was using the Crest Whitestrips(new 7day kind). Its rough. The Whitestrips made a GREAT improvement in noticable whiteness to my teeth, even though they werent bad at all. Now I just drink my coffee as normal and use those Oral B Brush-Ups after. I would NEVER give up my coffee. ![]() |

I've never tried it, but curious to see what people thought of those home bleaching kits.

Sensitivity. I can hardly breathe in unless its 100+ degrees out. Anything slightly cold or slightly warmer than body temp hurts.
