The shakes

I has something weird happen today. I forgot to take my vitamins (and other pills) this morning. By 11 AM my delts and trap started to shake; Almost vibrate.

So I took my daily pills and after about an hour the shaking stopped. I figure that it's a deficiency of some sort. But why would missing one day cause the shakes. Admittedly, I maintain rough workout schedule.

One other question that is semi-related, my co-worked occasionally gets muscles cramps (in muscles such as the pecs). They don't happen that often, but any idea on what deficiency may be causing the problem. He's somewhat active, but not a bodybuilder.

Thanks for any ideas!

Conrad
