Teeth Pulled

I got my wisdom teeth pulled and I haven't eaten solid foods for 2 days. I can feel my muscle disappearing as I type!!!!!!!!! All the summer's hard work gone. You guys no any tips to rescue my body from muscle loss. I have been downing Vitamin E, multi's, fish oil, whey, and glutamine. Any tips would be great thanks.

You need a break anyway ... stop freaking out and enjoy the moment. You worked for it. A Three day rest gives you time to rebuild so you can hit it. Don't eat all your goodies at once. Spread it out and "snack" on it all day long so your body can absorb it ALL. You'll be fine.

You need some carbs man! get some dextrose or maltodextrine inside ya

cool, i think i can handle some oatmeal now, and some noodles, maybe some udon
