would it be more effective to take it rectally after a colonic to bypass the digestive tract and the harmful acids?

I got it today and it says that it can withstand harsh stomach acids and the 98 degree heat inside your body...

Yes I would agree. You should start with half a packet a day and monitor because too much at one time can bloat you. After a few days increase it to 1 packet. I never take more than one packet but if after 10 days, you feel you need more, make it 1.5 packets etc...

had a great colonic today. The lady said a lot more came out this time compared to my last two visits. The gas was horrible. My colon was hurting like crazy. I slammed down another vsl 3 after finishing. I wish I could one of these everyday instead of once a week.

Today, I am really feeling the die-off. My skin is itching like crazy and the cravings are twofold. On an interesting note, when I got back from the colonic yesterday, I had 2 back to back hard-ons that had to be "handled." a very good sign indeed...

NO one said you were ever shy thats for sure. Gettting the shit out will help reduce estrogen levels and get the blood flowing again. REmember your prostrate might be being pressed up against colon in volume of fecal matter. When you get hard ons in the morning then you are really making progress..!!

1 colonic a week is simply not going to cut it. At that rate, it could take me another year or so before I actually get better. My bowels just aren't moving, and they stop altogether when I get on the diet. Everything I do, the candida seems to get around it..outsmart it, if you will.

.. remember - human tissue takes 1 full year to regenerate itself ( 2 yrs for bone - exculsive of liver > 30 % original previous size) pending how it's treated. I was wondering if you were replacing faster than your colonics were stripping actually?.

Jodi what do you think of a salt water flush for him in the morning. Those colonics have to be depleting you of electroplytes. Like 1 tsp of unrefined seas salts in 1 liter of water. Does it feel dry down there or your bowels just not moving possible because of lack of neurotransmitters serotonin and acetylcholone or excess norephereine/ adrenaline from candida interfering in there synthesis..If you choice carbs choose non glutein ones would be the best...

I don't know of many non-gluten carbs besides the special mixes you can find from the grocery store. If you could give me a list I would be much obliged.

Here is what I've found for non-gluten carbs: rice, potato, chickpea, quinoa, cornmeal, soy, sorghum and buckwheat. Quinoa tastes like shit and my former nutritionist told me rice binds you up. I could try buckwheat..never heard of it

Sweet potato is some of the best shit...I also love red potato, squash and pumpkin(otherwise known as winter squashes)

I would spread the cloths under your feet:

I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly, because you tread on my dreams.WB Yeats

In a stroke of luck, I've managed to schedule 3 colonics in the next 5 days: Saturday, Monday and Wednesday. 3 different companies..We'll see how the candida likes that.

In a surprising turn, the gurgling and tenderness in my colon has gone away. It all started yesterday, after my disability meeting. I had just eaten lunch at Olive garden (yeh, strayed from the diet). Here's where it gets interesting. I had the Tour Of Italy, which consists of chicken parmesan, fetticine alfredo and lasagna. After this meal, all gurgling and tenderness disappeared. About 2 hours later, I had this huge bowel movement. So now, there's no more gurgling or tenderness; a very good sign indeed. Also, had a hard on this morning...colonic in 4 hours. I think the candida is finally starting to lose the battle.

Cheese can be a great occassional to restore your stomache lining after harsh colonics or laxatives.
I'd say the pasta helped aswell.
It sounds really stripped in there and contents unstable..
I know you said in that p.m. that you'd been scared off from fruit from your professional advisor so no bloody wonder Oaktown it's really difficult for you to breakdown food and eliminate unassisted.

I am going back to the p.m. that I returned you where I advised you fruit.
To support that I am going to give you this

candida + fruit - Google Search

[quote from above]Any candida diet should strive to reduce or elimiate altogether processed refined sugars and bleached flour. Eliminate meats treated with synthetic hormones or chemicals. Eliminate hydrogenated fats (peanut butter, baked goods and margarine, etc.). Reduce processed and refined foods as much as possible. Instead eat nutrient-rich, organic, non-processed whole foods and plenty of fresh raw vegetables. Prepare most of your food yourself.

An important benefit of grapefruit seed extract is that it is very helpful in alkalizing the blood. Alkalizing the body fluids (raising pH) is one of the single most important health regeneration benefits available as disease cannot survive in an alkaline environment.

Though lemons, limes, and grapefruits are chemically acid, tests show that when they are metabolized in the body they actually have an alkalizing effect. They have very little sugar. And they contain an abundance of oxygen.

...Candida Diet
65% High fiber low starch vegetables such as; broccoli, celery, radish and asparagus. Plenty of fresh steamed veggies: Vegetables that inhibit the growth of candida are: onions, garlic, ginger root, cabbage, broccoli, turnips and kale. Raw onions and garlic are very good natural anti-fungals.

20% High protein foods such as; antibiotic free fish, fowl, nuts, seeds and eggs. note: spray all nuts and seeds with a solution of 15-30 drops grapefruit seed extract in 2-cups water and spray or soak them for a few minutes to remove any aflatoxins molds or fungus that may be present.

10% Complex carbohydrate; rice, beans, millet, amaranth, quinoa and buckwheat.

5% Fruit; papaya, pineapple, grapefruit and all types of berries. Other acceptable foods are sea foods and sea veggies, olive oil, eggs, mayonnaise, white rice, soy and vegetable pastas, some citrus fruit, herb teas and unsweetened cranberry juice.

Remember that candida diet restriction is the most important way to stop candida yeast overgrowth. This type of candida diet also reduces these unpleasant effects; headaches, nausea and fatigue known as the "herxhiemer reaction". This reaction is caused by the release of toxins when pathogenic microbes "die-off".

There is a strong connection between what you eat and the health of your immune system. Nevertheless, nutritional approaches to prevent and treat conditions like candidiasis (fungal, yeast infections) are complicated and controversial. While there isn't a magic recipe that prevents or treats yeast infections in everyone, following some basic guidelines such as this candida diet may lower the risk of yeast becoming a problem.

Most nutritionists agree that any good candida diet should reduce as much as possible processed sugar, yeast, dairy, wheat, caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. They are the main culprits because they help candida yeast to grow. Another important consideration is to prevent unintentional ingestion of mold fungi, it is recommended that you disinfect fruit, vegetables, and salad in a grapefruit seed extract water solution for 10 minutes.
..
[end quote]

High acid citrus juices are notorius Oaktown for counteracting sugars..
So are things like cranberry which although high in Vit C- has a different ph as more of a bitter than a sour which also has it's place in sugar negation. Onions are great for the same thing aswell.

i know this quite intimately because of my liver disease I cannot have radicals and sugars floating around in myy body in more than trace quantities neither and I also need help eliminating .. which I do with fruit and laxatives.. and dry red wine to destabilise my stomache and bowel contents and to break down my dieatary proteins.. intake totally en ratio. Thee only good choice - as opposed to good comprimise - in alcohol in alot of professional opinions.. i do consider it just part of my daily food plan.
this may explain where else it cvan be of benefit to yourself

[quote ] dietary candida treatment + dry red wine - Google Search

The fist time I tested positive, I had done the candida treatment. .... But red wine enhances the absorption of zinc. My nutritionist gave me the zinc assay

[end quote]

[quote ] Candida Cures

He used red wine vinegar and it killed over 90 percent of mold and mildew. ... In addition, it KILLS candida.[end quote]

If you can minimise those colonics and detox and strip and chemically balance those nasties out before they accumulate, rather than treating them further along in the process, I think you'd be all round far better off without the additional trauma.

Here are two more links i'm going to leave you with.

restoring stomach after colonics + cheese + fat - Google Search

candida + cancer - Google Search

I do hope for you that you take the time to read through some of it because if you do get some permanent maintainence information to take away with you, it will have been well worth your efforts.

Good luck with it once again.

There has definetly been a shift. no more rumbling..the only spot I have is right at the end of the colon..lower left side above my hip. very gassy...had 2 bowel movements today. I got 2 more colonics this week. would be great to get it all out of my colon...would let the rest of my body detox

things are really starting to come out now. The colonist is very impressed. The only problem is I still cannot move on my own. It only happens when I am laid out on the table with water running through me. It makes you wonder how far the candida has penetrated my body. Once I clean the colon, other parts of my body might have to be detoxed as well.
