How's it going??
My own health status has never been better so I'm not focusing on it anymore. Eating the best I can (whole food, 33% raw), alpha relaxation&chikung&good sleep, studying and working to keep me occupied.... all became my lifestyle which I can mantain without any hassle... so basically these are my happy times. I even haven't been ill for 1 year and 5 months straight.. not even a scratchy throat, no runny nose.. no nothing. I was always sick atleast 4 or 5 times a year before all this.
Justing, you can do it too but you have to be working really hard
You say your bowels are not working. During my bad times I had the same problem. My bowels were just spasming and weren't doing much at all. When I got the hang of the relaxation methods I could feel and hear how my bowels were starting to move rapidly during the relaxation. I just layed there relaxing and those damn things started to gurgle and move like crazy.. I could feel how they were heavily twitching and shaking.. like you had a baby that was kicking you from inside.. really
Justin have you tried the "yawning" thing I suggested a long time ago??? Through my wandering on the internet I had 1 positive result of a guy with simmilair problems to mine who got a tremendous help through this technique. That makes us 2 living proofs that some of these problems can be helped by this neat neurotransmitter flushing method. If any info needed just pm me....
