Increase your food intake.

IMO, the best way to increase your metabolism is to reset it and get it out of starvation mode. To reset your metabolism you slowing and I mean slowly increase your food intake. During this process there is a chance your body could store fat a bit more than you are use to because its not use to it and it still thinks in starvation mode. It takes time and patience but in the end it is worth it.
