Endo/Meso?

Is it possible to be an overweight Mesomorph?I noticed I am top heavy,my lower body seems fine, My strong points are my calves and my forearms.I do have broad shoulders, but I got fat mostly in my upperbody. When I am wearing a shirt and shorts I look good, but once that shirt comes off
I have been away from the Gym for about 2 years,Partying and all,Now I noticed how much I let myself go,My question was, is there such thing as an overweight mesomorph,or is it that I am somewhere in between a endo meso?
also would the best bet for me,doing mostly cardio?I never really did cardio in the past,I used to just lift. But now I am trying to get back in shape, and gotta lose this fat,I have quit smokeing/Drinking/Partying,I eat 6 times a day, small meals, clean food.Lots of brocolli, chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, oatmeal.I have also started drinking about 1.5-2 gallons of water a day.I am 6'4 330lbs I am not overly obese, but I got a pretty good size amount of fat.Any Tips? Or workout Ideas?

sounds like you got a pretty good foundation. if fat loss is your goal, cardio is a must. a clean diet will only take you so far...and usually not far enough. do a search on hitt. it will give you the best results with your cardio.

HITT or HIIT as in high intensity interval training.Isn't that like switching between high low and medium intensity every 2 minutes for like 20 minutes?Sounds good,What would you think as far as weight training?
