    Regularity

I wish I could set my bowel movement on a timer, anyone know how to take dump at a desired time?
I prefer to do it at 6:00 in the mourning but I have to do it a 5:00 in the evening everyday which sucks.

if you are serious you can try two things.

    1. take psyllium seed husk (one heaping teaspoon) in a protein shake before bed...most people will wake up realeasing the chocolate hostages.

    2. try Laci Le Beau Super Dieter's Tea after your last meal...you will wake up poopin...just dont do this too often as it does contain a strong laxitive
My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.

A big cup of coffee and a cigarette might help.

I always have to crap at worst time of day, it's either at 1:00 pm during work hours or at 6:00 Pm while shopping or just hanging out.

my daughter used to hold it during school which led to constipation. her dr said you can train yourself to go at a certain time just by spending time on the toilet during your "target time" every day for a few weeks.

I used to try that but it didn't help much, but I have found a drink of tepid water first thing upon awakening helps.
