Question What is going on with me....please help!

Hello,

Before I went to bed last night my right foot was kinda tingly and numb, sorta felt like it was asleep but without the "pins and needles feeling". So I went to bed and figured it was nothing but when I work up this morning and went do to my cardio (uphill walking) it was still there. It feels funny to step on and touch and I can move it but the reaction is slow and the range of motion is not the same as my other foot. I'm really worried as nothing like this has ever happened. It almost feels like it's "dead" to walk on it....
Does anyone have any idea at all what this might be from or what it is? How do I get rid of it?

Thanks for your help!

Shannon

before bed add in 500-700 mgs calcium 250-500 mgs magnesium and increase potassium during the day time with more veggies. This should help immensly, foot falling alseep on cardio is common. Move your feet around once in a while if on a ellipitical glider, I had same thing happen so no need to worry, plus with cal/mg you will sleep like a baby !! If it does persist for more then a week then see a dr. if you are also on any kind of fatburner or alot of coffee this will deplete calcium from being absorbed. Pm in you need any more information. Iron levels can also be low as well, may want to add some iron or liver tabs with diet to bring up iron stores. Majority are women are anemic and don;t even know it...Check with dr about having serum ferritin levels check by blood test to verifiy this.
