CardioVascular fitness question

Let's say your resting heart rate is 65 BPM and you take it up to 150 BPM doing Cardio how soon should you return to 65 BPM..

I know it depends on your fitness level so I just need some ballpark figures or just a site where I can find the answers..

Thanks

Depends on how long you are at 150. The longer you are at 150 the longer it should take. Also depends on age and whether you are using active or passive recovery.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Recovery time back to resting heart rate should be about a minute, generally speaking (give or take a few seconds)...if you are around there you are doing good.

My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.
