    Got the flu ...

So we know echinacea, vitamin C, and garlic are good for immune support and fighting the flu. What else is out there for fighting the infections that come along with the flu bug.

Throat and chest infections are comon with a cold ...

i am not a big fan of homeopathic stuff...but a product called osiccicocinum (if i spelled it right).....does kick ass.

we sold it at GNC forever and everyone swears by it......for a few bucks its worth a shot.
My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.

It's gone now. Thanks for the well wishes Brit .

I wanted to try something different than pounding down prescription drugs for a change. I have always in the past gone the traditional way of antibiotics and such to fight the flu. This time I did the homeopathic method with the exception of including acedominiphin to control my sinuses.

I used zinc, econachea and vitamin C for immune support.
I used garlic as my antibiotic. This combination worked well. I awlays get a sinus and chest infection when ever I get the flu. This time I was spared the chest infection.

I combined large amounts of herbal tees with Riccola herbal cough drops to comfort my scratchy throut and kill the cough. This wortked great after I added the tee.

Over all this was waaay cheaper than horking up $100 for co-pays and prescription drugs and IMHO ... I was less ill and more comfortable through out the ordeal. This will be my method of fighting the cold or flu bug from now on.
