    Question What works for the immune system ...

    So we know echinacea, vitamin C, and garlic are good for immune support and fighting the flu. What else is out there for fighting the infections that come along with the flu bug.

    Throat and chest infections are comon with a cold ...

    Posted this in health awareness but got no response. Thought this might help.

    I like to eat yogurt, my girlfriends special chicken soup with extra, tobassco & salt and drink gatorade.
    Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
    not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
    and drag down the features of age,
    no folds or creases from unkempt wear

    no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
    but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

    Maybe it is not a cold at all, a lot of deadly illnesses start that way.

    here's some good news, sex is a good method of preventing the flu. Putting your hooha with her hootinanny gives your immune system a natural high that can be used during the flu season to help keep it away.

    Urine of a 40 year-old virgin named Bambi will cure anything, but good luck finding that.

    Couldn't you just as well find a good pharmacist?

    The pharmacist was to prescribe medication for your immune
    system as opposed to allowing someone to pee on you;

    She can be hotter than mother's oven cooking Thanksgiving dinner,
    she's not going to pee on me.
