I say go back to sleep!!! He is just the healthiest man I know and he goes to bed at 10 up at 6 to start his workout. That's where him and I differ. He is refering to those who can sleep through the night. He doesn't wake up in the middle of the night, I do and I go right back to sleep! It would be nice to get through a night without waking up![]()
