I just did a google search for you and found too many weird home remedies.

I would just go to a doctor rather than wait it out.

    vitaminstohealth.com:

Ear oils are a traditional home remedy for ear ache .

Pour 2/3 of a cup of olive oil into a clean glass pint jar. Add 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped, and a half a fresh mullein leaf, cut into very small pieces. Seal the jar with a screw on lid, and leave for ten days in sunlight. This extracts the active constituents of the home remedy for ear ache from the ingredients.

After ten days, strain the oil, through a fine mesh wire sieve, and then through clean muslin or cotton cloth. Put it into another small container, one that is preferably glass. Add 4 - 5 drops tea tree oil, or melaleuca. Store your home remedy for ear ache with the lid on in a dark place. The maximum of this home remedy for ear ache that should be used in a child's ear is 5 drops, and the maximum for adults is 8 drops.

Serious ear problems, particularly in children, should be checked out by a specialist. The ear oil can be heated slightly in a clean spoon over a flame (candle or cigarette lighter). Make sure its not too hot when its put into the ear. This ear oil be used for earaches and clearing wax buildup.

Another home remedy for ear ache uses fresh peppermint juice. It is squeezed using a pestle to pound the peppermint lightly, before wrapping it in a clean cloth and the juice squeezed out. This juice is them used to relieve earache.

    Earache
Earaches can be caused by mild infection or a change in altitude. Here are some ways to relieve the pain associated with this problem.

Sooth the ear with the warm, not the hot setting, of a hairdryer. Now be careful and make sure it is on the warm setting.
If you puncture a piece of garlic and pour the juice in the ear it will help to take the pain away. Garlic has a natural antibiotic, so use it, and see if it helps.
If the ache is from altitude change, just chew gum or yawn to relieve the pain.
If you get it from swimming, usually called, swimmer's ear, just put some mineral oil in before going in the water. This should help the condition.
If the pain is bad and doesn't go away quickly, make sure you go to the doctor, he can give you an antibiotic to cure this problem.
