    Question Clogged Sinus'

What will unclog my sinus'? I can breath through my nose, but the pressure is INSANE! I want to drill my freakin head! Any remedies or meds that you can recommend?

After some quick reading, I could have.. but I doubt it. When I sneeze they are relieved for about 10 seconds.

I get sinus infections A LOT, and I can depend on them to come while on M1T or MOHN or MD.....

Each time, I use the Afrin Nasal Spray (the stuff is magic), along with tylenol sinus (the the head pain), and sudafed.

Itll be gone in a few days with taht regimen.

Beef up your immune system so it can fight that shit off.

Garlic is rough to eat but it's a natural antibiotic and awesome for for your immune system. Dice it up into very small little squares then chew it before ya swallow. When chewed first it hits you faster and takes the load off of your gut. Add echinachea (I never spell that word right) with golden seal, vitamin C, and B-12. The garlic and B-12 will lift your energy and allow you to be more functional while sick. Add a cold/flu symptom reliever to help cut back sinus drainage. Also for the sinus problems use strong peppermint and eucalyptus.

I'm not against over the counter stuff ... I use the two types together. Homeopathic and pharmacological treatments make a good team. I just fought off the flu in record time with little discomfort with this same regimen. In the old days I'd ignore it till I was miserable then go whine to my doc ... get the prescription drug thing going on ... and then be more miserable till it passed. This was way better.

    Good luck!

I don't know if you want to cut or not, but Vasopro actually clears you up. It's not the ephedrine, though, its the other ingredient in there called "Guaifenisin." It thins mucus. I can tell a difference since I started taking Vasopro.

    Just a thought...

I know it does. No pain no gain though ... beside it helps the gums too.
