    Rotator cuff

I recieved the results from my MRI and it looks like I may have a possible tear. I'am going to see a specialist in Toronto next week to see the full extent of the damage. It's really unfortunate for me since I was hoping on making the (Baseball) Canadian youth team . Has anyone else here gone under the knife or experienced and rotator cuff problems??

Shitty News. Never gone under the knife. But have had shoulder problems since I was 20. I used to pitch threw around mid to High eighties and now can hardly throw 50's with out extreme pain. Had an MRI done and they could find nothing wrong.

    Where do you play ball?

Sorry to hear the bad news...if it is a tear surgery is usually the best option.

But a good surgeon, good rehab, and a good attitude....will get you back throwing better than ever in less time than you may think.
My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.

I'am 17 and currently play in Eastern Ontario, and unfortunatly I start playing later on this month, so I'am restricted to light throwing. I've noticed my arm has been in decline for the last few years, when I was 14 I could max out at 76mph,and last time I was under the gun I threw 72.
