    Osteoporosis is a condition that you may or may nt be prone to getting. So while it does change bone structure, it wont affect everybody.

    There are some degenerative changes that occur in most people as they age....usually a combination of hormonal changes and decreased activity. The better your diet and supplementation are and the more active you are (weight bearing excercises specifically)...the less noticable these changes should be.

    Of course injuries also play a factor as well as regular chiropractic care (not so subtle hint to go see the chiro)
    My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

    When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.
