Shoulder Injury
Hello Everyone,
I'm 31-5'8-172. I've been lifting 3 years problem free, until recently.
For the past 8 weeks or so, I have had this nagging soreness in my left(head of the shoulder-as in when you look at the shoulder from the side, the muscle that looks like..a ball, and it's slightly lower than center) It's not pain, just sore at various times. I have full rotational movement 360 forward and backward, as well as full lateral movement, sometimes theres soreness, other times theres not.(My workout reps for the past 8 weeks have been:10-8-6-5-5-5-3-3-3. for all body parts, which are worked once a week).
I'm not reckless in the gym, no swaying or jerking. When I'm at the gym, the ego stay's outside, as I use strict form, which I believe has helped keep me injury free, of course, until now.
I know the best idea would be to get an opinion from a physician, but, due to down sizing of the company I worked for, I've been laid-off, and do not have the luxury of health insurance at this time. Any thoughts on this issue to help me get a grasp on what could possibly be going on would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
Sphere

Thanks P-funk,
My 16 weeks of lifting are up next week, then I take a week off, maybe I'll take it a little early to see what happens. With the ice, how long after my workout would you recommend icing? and for how long?
Thank You.
