Woke Up Today and My Nipples Are Killing Me!!

I am not on any PH, not taking anything to mess with hormones. WTF?

Any ideas? They're very sore to touch, etc. Almost a throbbing feeling.

If you even have slight gyno, and drink alcohol you can get pain like you described.

I don't really run much at all. Maybe 2-3x a week, for a short duration.

And I don't drink alcohol much if ever. I can't think of anything else it could be. But the pain is really really getting out of control. I mean its throbbing.

do you have gyno? If your nipples are that sensitive you should really go see a doctor instead of sitting here guessing.
