Can you elongate your frenulum (under tongue) through exercises?
I think my frenulum is attached a little high... like the "Tongue-Tie" condition... ankyloglossia. But not too bad... my tongue just doesn't stick out THAT far... and my frenulum rubs my lower teeth and can hurt. Can this stretch any? I don't have any speech impediments or anything... so it's not like i'd go surgery or anything.
