Ummmmm..............go see a Doctor

i have an appointment, actually

Thank God someone in this Forum goes to see a Doctor when their body's are in pain or acting very odd.

but... do you or anyone else here have some input that may put my mind at ease any?

Is the pain after you ejaculate or is it constant?

its in my scrotum, only when touched. and it doesnt hurt TERRIBLY, but it does hurt.

Is the pain internal or on the skin surface...such as an abrasion?

it is internal. its not a testicle that hurts, but it is internal.

I am not a doctor, but it sounds like you have varicocele - dilatation of the veins associated with the spermatic cord in the testes.

and what has to be done to fix that problem?

btw, my appointment with my doctor is in 2 hours...

Typically if symptoms are mild and infertility is not an issue, the condition can be managed by wearing an athletic supporter or snug-fitting underwear to provide the scrotum with support.
If not, then surgery can be done. If the doctor recommends surgery, GO GET A SECOND OPINION and even a third...
For peace of mind you may want to have your little guys checked out and even an ultrasound of the scrotum. Ask the doc...

even if it is not PH related make sure you keep things honest with your Doc just so he is in the loop when he is checking you out.

What is PH?

my doctor said he felt some "fullness" around my left testicle, and he wants me back in a week to see if anything is trying to grow. he couldnt say at that point what it was. In the mean time he told me to take aleve for the pain, and keep up the self-examinations.

update -- pain persists

Check for hidden bacterial or fungul infection. Your might have a vein wrapped around the semi vesiucle causing pain. They just cut it off and it will be fine

So my doctors appointment is today in an hour and a half. i will update when i get back on. thanks for the support, and advice.
