Accutane (amnesteem) and my elbow joint.

I'm finishing my last cycle of Accutane (Amnesteem) in the next couple of weeks. The side effects have really started to get to me these last couple of months...Anyways my right elbow was slightly hurting when doing bicep curls. Like the normal young dumbass would do I went through the bicep workout anyways. Today (day after workout) it hurts much more, it only hurts when I do a bicep curl.
Hopefully I can take a few weeks off any bicep work and the elbow will be ok, I will be off the Amnesteem in 2 weeks, the side affects should quickly subside after.
I'd appreciate any advice or comments from any that has had experience with Accutane (amnesteem, isotentrin)

I dont know much accutane (as I have never taken it) but I would recommend that you stop training altogether for at least a week and see how you feel. If nothing else, this week will allow your muscles to grow anyway. I had a side pain and I trained anyway, turned out I pulled a muscle in my diaphragm. If you are not yet, start drinking a lot of water and take EFA's, this will help lubricate and and possibly help repair your joints. Good luck and stay off the weights, though cardio should be fine.

i think you talking about the acne medication. If you are I also took that but did not have any pain in the joints that I can remember. The thing with accutain is it drys you out like crazy. The first 2 or 3 months I didnt notice it but during month 4-6 it was redic. This drying out property is prob what is wrong with you elbow. I would lay off the bicep curls for 2 weeks and get some fish oil. Dont stop the accutane or your acne may come back. I am totally assuming you are talking about the acne medication tho, this could be somthing totally different. Just lay off it if it hurts its that simple.
