I used to have great pain after workouts, especially squatting, and it eventually came to the point that I pretty much quit lifting.
After alot of time and money spent on traditional chiropractic I discovered something called upper cervical chiropractic.
After finding out about it, I was so skeptikal I laughed at it. So I volunteered for a free scan where they take this instrument and trace your spine and it can measure nerve activity. It turned out I had vertabra that were pinching off nerves and activity. The nervous system is pretty cool as it can re route and send signals through other nerves but this overloads those areas.
I got the treatment for a while and let me say, i am astonished this therapy or whatever you want to call it isn't a mandatory part of a physical regimen.
The web site is www.nucca.com
I hope this help people out there. I was astonished to learn my frame wasn't straight, i had pinched nerves, and my left leg carried about 35 lbs more of my body weight than my right side.
Some of the methods of injury are BS, like sitting in a chair. But trust me if you are putting your body weight and more on your shoulders, you might wantt o check this out.
