How to get diognosed with gyno?

Just wondering if this can even be done and is this the official term used by physicians (in the West anyway)?

I ask because I have been monitoring my chest for the last four months and have noticed the "puffy" nipples deal happening and staying pretty steady throughout the summer. No real changes, but of course that may simply be because of my daily staring and analysis that I don't even notice the enlargement. But either way, I actually went to two doctors to get this checked out because I am not at an age where this would happen because of puberty. Well I am 19 so I don't think it should be that.

My first visit was to my family physician. He looked at them not even touching and immediately laughed saying "oh that's normal don't worry about it". Not quite what I wanted to hear, but I didn't argue.

I then went to a walk-in. The doctor put me on my back and started pressing my nipples in and feeling around them and such. He concluded there was no sign of anything abnormal, like a bumb or gland I suppose.

I left both doctors without a clear answer as to what exactly this is. My nipples are puffy that is all I know. Not much fat around them, although there is some. I run regularly and lift weights and I know I'm in decent shape.

With regards to BF %, no idea at this point I don't seem fat but do have some on my belly. My nipples were normal last year. This sort of happened, I never even noticed until one day I woke up went to the gym and looked like I had breasts instead of a chest (imagine seeing this after years of bench press )

None of the doctors I saw ever referred to anything such as Gyno and I didn't want to mention because I'd look like a smart ass IMO. I was simply told I was healthy and there was nothing to worry about.

Any ideas? Can I go and actually get tested for Gyno so I know whether I have it or not? Who can do this for me?

As far as dealing with this, I don't know why so many people have a hard time dealing with it here. Sure it sucks, but hey get over it. Bottom line is you got to love yourself whatever way you are. Puffy nipples? Ah well I can think of worst things that can happen...

Anyway, any advice would be great!

Dude, I think you have to go to the doctor who will tell you what you want to hear.
    I reccomend http://www.drnadler.com/
A normal doctor wont want to touch that diagnosis cos I tried. It has alot to do with their oversight and stuff. And if you are diagnosed with gyno, what caused the onset, you know?

I thought I possibly had it, but when i went to an Endocrinologist about HRT, during my examination he checked for that, and said I was okay.
