Diabetic bodybuilding\Alcohol

    Diabetic bodybuilding\Alcohol

    Weird question here.

    Would a diabetic be less affected by alcohol and weight training. As they have to take insulin before drinking.

    I ask this as one of the guys a know trains the same as me and he has good progress but i hardly drink and eat more.

    I doubt it, your body has to metabolize alcahol diabetic or not.

    Im diabetic and i take everything.

    M1T
    Creatine
    Protein
    Glutamine
    Multi Vitamins

    the only thing i notice is a little headache from the m1t and agression so far.

    Drinking will fuck ya up with any Creatine supp's either way so may as well just stay away from the booz if ur gonna take this seriously.

    BMI can be relevant, more muslce = more calorie burn

    I drink and take creatine and being smart, I always drink a ton of water before and after and don't really have a problem.
