    Gynomastia....however you spell it

I recently joined this forum, and i stumbled upon a thread about gyno. I researched it because its near identical if not exactly as my chest, the aeoral area is large sometimes and my nipples are puffy except when i get cold shivers. Regardless, im 15, so im still going through puberty, what are my chances it will pass?

Once I actually got gyno on a cycle, I realized that the puffy nipples that I had always had were just part of me. Now, whenever I am holding water, the first sign of it is puffy nipples. When I was cutting for competition, my nipples were no longer puffy, due partly to reduced body fat, but mainly due to the drop in water that my body was holding.

Uh, bro, a "cycle" refers to running one or more anabolic/androgenic steroids...

Lose some bodyfat, and for a long term thing, buy some green tea extract, I feel that it is a very good subcutaneous diuretic. That may just be the caffeine, though.

This is very true in my experience as well. Reducing bodyfat is just a part of the issue. I have also had puffy nipples my whole life and now with gyno I notice the increased puffiness more when I start to hold water.

I also notice day in, day out that in the evenings they are always more puffy presumably since estro levels are highest at night.
