    chest cracks

    can anyone help me...ok here is the deal....ive been working out about 8 months hard core....and ever since my chest cracks in the middle...why is that...sometimes it hurts...some of my friends have gone through this but why does it happen and for how long is it going to happen....thanks for everyones time.

    I used get that years ago but then it went away but mine felt good, but now it's gone.

    I never knew what it was.

    well theres is times that its like wow what a relief but also at times it can hurt...

    Mine still does that, i actually like the feeling. Its kinda like cracking your knuckles.

    unless its accompanied by pain and/or swelling you really shouldn't worry about it. can be cause by damage to the knees, or it could just be your genetically given structure of whatever joint is doing it.
