are there any ladies in the crowd?

    Hello,
I am new to this forum and am looking for the mommy's in the crowd who can direct me toward ridding this annoying tummy of mine. My body is basically fit, with the exception of my tum-tum. Any advise?

How long ago did you have the baby.

General rule of thumb. It took nine months to get like that, it will take nine months to reduce it.

It's also dependant on how much you gained and your skins elasticity.
For some women it's just a case of lowering body fat % and tightening up the abs for others it's a skin issue, some women will never regain a flat tummy short of a tummy tuck due to the skin stretching drastically and not having the elasticity to return to it's former state.

U got that right!! Altho I cant attribute it only to pregnancy...I mean, I was so big for such a long time, no shit my skin's lost its elasticity!!! It sucks when u know that uve got decent abs under that saggyness!
