What kind of shoes are you wearing? Are they designed for walking, with good arch support, etc.? A top-quality pair of shoes is a must.
im starting to walk 2 miles a day.My muscles around ankle/foot and front of lower leg burn just by walking.
could it be lack of potassium ?
