What am i supposed to do in the steam room at my gym? And when?
It may seem like a stupid question but I dont know anything about steam rooms. It seems like the kind of thing you would do post-workout cuz who wants to get all hot an sweaty before you go workout but at the same time who wants to cooldown from a exhausting workout by getting all hot and sweaty? When do i use this thingy? and do i just sit in there?
