    weird shoulder pain

    Hi All,

I haven’t posted on here in a while so welcome me back ….

    Here’s a little background… I am 22 with a pretty clean diet… 5’11” and about 170 – 172 lbs….

My right shoulder has always given me some discomfort, but the weird thing is it never hurt while lifting… or when im sore the few days after (I still get very sore… even after lifting consistently for about 3 years – my chest can easily be sore for 4 or 5 days).

I used to train 4 days a week, but between work and other things I’ve shortened it 2 to 3 days… which I have actually gotten better gains, which im not too surprised about being an ectomorph. Generally I am doing Chest/Biceps on Monday (7-8 and 4-5 sets respectively) and Back/Triceps (8-9 and 5-6 sets respectively) (Legs when permitted but I play very competitive football every Sunday and my legs are sore almost all week. I have stopped working shoulders all together except for some rotator cuff exercises.

    I am getting good gains.. I’ve recently flat benched 185 x 6 x 3 and on decline yesterday 210 x 5 x 3 so I am making good progress.

Now with my shoulder.. it never hurts while I workout… and not when im sore generally, but maybe some minor discomfort…. But when I have 3 or 4 off days in a row it starts hurting and feeling weird…. This is where the pain is

Put your right arm down and almost at a 90 degree angle and put palm facing your body right above your belly button and push towards yourself (stomach)…my whole shoulders hurts then…. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance
somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......
