Smoking has been proven to strengthen the lungs, it heals cilia and in clinical studies all athletes got much better at sports the more they smoked.

I recommend at least 3 packs of smokes a day, plus if you really want to get in great shape start drinking a gallon of Gin every day...it will really help pack on the muscle.

Hi I just quit smoking after ummm... 7 years on and off smoking. Right now I feel funny. Either that or the guys at Stuffed Pizza laced my pizza with beer or something. Anyway, that is correct smoking cuts out 11 mins. per 1 cigarette of your life. Plus, it costs too much. I personally would rather use the many packs of cigarettes that I buy almost everyday either for a good protein powder or MRP and/or other good stuff from GNC. I was actually thinking of that one mountain bike that looks sweet. Oh, if only I could drop down from my hefty 290 lbs. to 190 lbs. Oh wait I'm such a thread jacker. Sorry about that one!

Smoking is bad for your health, and could reduce your life, but the whole " 1 cigarette takes 11 mins off your life" saying is retarded and inaccurate.

To the OP: Smoking causes veins to restrict, which makes working out harder, because your heart can't get as much oxygen to your muscles. Also the body can't get as many nutrients to the muscles afterward. I know people who look impressive and smoke, but I see a hell of a lot more impressive looking people that don't. Smoking isn't going to help you, and thats about the only thing anyone knows for sure.

I don't care why you started smoking. I don't care what you are smoking. I don't care how many you smoke a day. Until you stop you're a fucking idiot.

    Smoking is great for cutting

It provides a momentary boost in metabolism and may help with cravings

You can still smoke while bulking just make sure that your caloric intake is sufficient

i dont know much about it, but one thing is for sure: it reduces testosterone to the point where you cant build nearly as much strength as you normally could
