Hi I just quit smoking after ummm... 7 years on and off smoking. Right now I feel funny. Either that or the guys at Stuffed Pizza laced my pizza with beer or something. To the OP: Smoking causes veins to restrict, which makes working out harder, because your heart can't get as much oxygen to your muscles. Also the body can't get as many nutrients to the muscles afterward. I know people who look impressive and smoke, but I see a hell of a lot more impressive looking people that don't. Smoking isn't going to help you, and thats about the only thing anyone knows for sure.

This guy I used to know, HELL of an athlete, always used to train with a chew in. I cant barely play a game of softball with one in I cant imagine doing certain compound movements with a chew in
