    Cramps this morning

I stayed home from school today because this morning from about 6-8 my stomach was cramping up, and it felt as if my insides were being ripped from my stomach.

I have never felt a worse pain in my life, and it kind of bothers me. It's more on the left side of my stomach, but pretty much throughout my entire belly, and while the Pepto Bismo has stopped it for the most part, I am still extremely curious as to how it could happen.

Last night I ate nothing out of the ordinary, did nothing out of the ordinary, etc. I had dinner, and then ate my cottag cheese before bed. I felt a little sore throat coming on last night which I still have today, but a few halls have kept it manageable.

Foreman said he stopped taking Muscle Milk because the cramps were unbearable, and I am seriously wondering if the CEE did it to me this morning.

That, or like my brother, I will be a juvenile diabetic in a week.

Maybe you lack potassium.. I used to get cramps when I played ball. Start eating bananas, and maybe drink a little gatorade every day.

Hell, it may even be just a one time thing, and you dont have to worry.

yea, it was the wierdest thing thats ever happened to me. i eat a banana-a-day so I don't think the potassium was the issue. Hopefully it was just a one time thing, possibly ate a piece of chicken that wasn't cooked enough or something like that.

    Thanks for the input, guys.
